All prices are in euros (€), per suite, per night. Prices include all legal taxes except the Climate Resilience Tax (€2.00 per suite, per night), which is paid before departure. Prices do not include meals. Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is provided free of charge. Check-in: 15:00 – 20:00 Check-out: until 11:00 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all suites. Pets are not allowed. A baby travel cot with an additional mattress is available free of charge (upon request). All suites are designed for two guests. Some suites can accommodate a third person upon prior arrangement. The charge for an extra folding bed is €25 per night. Minimum stay from June 1st to August 31st: 3 nights.

A 35% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm a reservation. Payment can be made via: o valid credit/debit card or o bank transfer. After the initial pre-booking request, guests receive an email containing all booking details, payment instructions for the deposit, the deadline for payment, and the cancellation policy. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the final confirmation email is sent by us. Suites without a deposit remain available for booking unless otherwise agreed. No-show or early departure: the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Date changes to confirmed bookings can be made upon request and are subject to availability. Cancellations: o Deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount is charged.

Aside Kythnos bears no responsibility for lost or stolen personal items or valuables. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their possessions and are advised to: lock their suite when leaving, avoid leaving cash or valuables inside the suite during their absence. In the event of theft, guests must notify us immediately so that the police can be informed as soon as possible
